The following voice names are always present in the output of the LIST VOICES command (see section Retrieving Information):

MALE1
MALE2
MALE3
FEMALE1
FEMALE2
FEMALE3
CHILD_MALE
CHILD_FEMALE

The actual presence of any of these voices is not guaranteed. But the command SET VOICE (see section Parameter Setting) must accept any of them. If the given voice is not available, it is mapped to another voice by the output module.
